Shared by my patient Barbara, these are great as a dessert with a cup of tea or coffee, and wonderful for breakfast on the go.
Make approximately one dozen.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Mix bananas, apple sauce, vanilla, and cinnamon in a large bowl
- Add oats, raisins, and nuts and mix until well blended. Scoop onto parchment lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes. Let cool on a rack.
