• 12 oz package of silken tofu (I use Mori-Nu organic)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (I use more for a tart flavor)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic granules or powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion granules or powder
  • 1/4-1/2 teaspoon sea salt, optional

Combine ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth. Refrigerate at least 2 hours to blend flavor. Keeps a week.
