- In a 6-8 oz mug, combine flour, almond flour, cacao powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix well using a fork.
- Mix together plant milk, nut butter, maple syrup or date paste, and vanilla extract. Add to the dry ingredients and mix well. Be sure to get into all areas at the bottom of the cup.
- Fold in half of the chocolate chips. Smooth the batter and scatter the rest of the chocolate chips on top.
- Microwave for 1 minute. Let cool slightly (it will further set during this time). Enjoy!
