Ingredients

  • 1 (15-ounce) can white beans like white kidney beans or cannellini beans
  • ½ cup water, or more as needed
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon sweet white miso
  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 1 tablespoons drained capers
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt, or to taste (optional)

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth and creamy. Add more water as necessary to get a pourable consistency. Approximately 25 calories and 1 gram protein per tablespoon.
