• 1 cup quinoa
  • 1/4 cup well chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon date paste, or maple syrup, a more if you want it a bit sweeter
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped toasted almonds or your referred nut

This doubles and triples well, and so good that you will want to use lots!

Mix all except the toasted nuts.  

Turn onto a rimmed cookie sheet–best if lined with parchment paper–spread out evenly

Air Fry: 400 F approximately 9 minutes. Stir at the midpoint, watch it so as not to over-brown

Conventional oven: 400 F for approximately 20 minutes, mix at midpoint and watch. Don’t over-brown

Remove from the oven, cool for 10-15 minutes and add the nuts and mix.

Store in airtight container like a mason jar.  Best if stored in the refrigerator.
