Makes 12 muffins
Preheat oven to 350 F
In a large bowl combine and whisk together the dry ingredients
In a medium bowl combine bananas, grated apple, non-dairy milk, and vanilla and stir
Until well combined.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry and combine well. Fold in the raisins and walnuts, if using
If using a 6 muffin tin for large muffins cook 45 minutes. If using a 12 muffin tin, bake 35 minutes. Test for doneness.
