• 3 cups stemmed and very thinly sliced kale, packed
  • 3 cups bite-size bite size pieces romaine lettuce, lightly packed
  • 3 cups thinly sliced napa cabbage
  • 1 cup very thinly sliced finely chopped red cabbage

Toss all in a large bowl and store in a 1 gallon zip lock bag; will keep for 5 days. Fill your salad bowl and dress with your favorite dressing just before serving. May add grated carrot, whole cherry tomatoes and other firm veggies. Add well-cooked grains and beans to make it a full meal.
