Ingredients

  • 12 ounce package silken tofu, drained
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup Best Date Syrup Ever
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt

Serves 4, ½ cup each, approx.. 115 calories, 8 g protein, 13 g carbs, 1 g fiber

Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth and creamy. Refrigerate until well chilled.
