Ingredients

  • 2 cups dry veggie ground (page 30)
  • 2 tablespoons whole psyllium husks (not ground)
  • 2 tablespoons arrowroot powder (or cornstarch)
  • 2 tablespoons chickpea flour
  • 2 teaspoons dried sage
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon garlic granules
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 Millet Burger Buns (page 52)
  • Toppings
  • 6–8 pieces Mushroom Bacon (page 85) [See my demo vide above for this]
  • ½ cup Easy Cheese Sauce (page 37). [Instead I used Violife vegan smoked provolone]
