From Dr. Goldner’s new cookbook, Goodbye Lupus, Hello Delicious. The recipes in her much-anticipated book fit the requirements for her Hyper Nourishment protocols. This healthy and raw dish is pretty and delightfully flavorful–a lovely lunch or dinner entrée or side. I especially enjoyed it with a dusting of nutritional yeast on top. Both the noodles and sauce keep in the refrigerator for several days.
